Welcome to AKVPS(Registered name - AK SERVICES). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

By ordering any VPS or hosting service from AKVPS, you agree to follow all rules and policies mentioned in this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on our VPS servers:

• Spam or bulk email sending

• Hosting phishing pages or scam websites

• DDoS attacks or network abuse

• Illegal activities or copyright violation

• Malware, viruses, or hacking tools

• Cryptocurrency mining without permission

If any such activity is detected, the VPS may be suspended or terminated immediately without prior notice.

3. Abuse & Complaint Policy

If we receive abuse reports regarding your VPS (spam, phishing, hacking, etc.):

• Your VPS may be temporarily suspended

• You must resolve the issue immediately

• Repeated abuse may lead to permanent termination

4. IP Address Policy

• Each VPS is assigned specific IP addresses.

• Customers must not misuse IP addresses.

• IP reputation damage due to spam or abuse may lead to IP removal without refund.

5. Payment & Billing

• All services must be paid in advance.

• Failure to pay on time may result in automatic suspension or termination.

• Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

6. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of VPS services, no refunds are provided after service activation.

• In special cases, refunds may be provided at our discretion.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide the best uptime possible. However, AKVPS is not responsible for temporary downtime caused by:

• Network issues

• Hardware maintenance

• Datacenter problems

• Technical upgrades

In such cases, compensation may be provided depending on the situation.

8. Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups.
AKVPS is not responsible for data loss due to server failure, misuse, or accidental deletion.

9. VPS Suspension

Your VPS may be suspended for the following reasons:

• Abuse complaints

• Non-payment

• Violation of Terms of Service

• Illegal activities

Repeated violations may lead to permanent service termination.

10. Support Policy

Support is provided for:

• VPS network issues

• Hardware-related problems

Support does not include software configuration inside the VPS unless specified.

11. Privacy

Customer information will never be shared with third parties except when required by law or abuse investigation.

12. Policy Updates

AKVPS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
